The production station was designed as a stand-alone workstation for quick assembly and testing of product concentricity. It includes, among other things, an intelligent screwdriver, a stand-alone Omron PLC control and visualisation. The workstation is designed to meet ergonomic requirements and can be maintained when supplying FiFo.

Production lines
The production line was designed for 1-3 operators while keeping the dimensions as small as possible and respecting ergonomic requirements. It includes several workstations for mechanical assembly, as well as a sophisticated tester for measuring the product's tightness and checking its functionality. Everything is assembled by an intelligent screwdriver with automatic program switching and controlled by a traceability system and database.

Single-purpose devices
The single-purpose device was designed as a stand-alone workstation for 2 operators or an operator and a collaborative robot. The station includes, among other things, a rotary work table with position control, visualization and a component lubrication system. The automatic lubrication of the components takes place simultaneously at 16 points and is controlled by a master system. For a complete appearance, long service life and easy maintenance of the machine, the parts and enclosures were made of stainless steel.
